Where they face events related to racism, harassment and an attempt of rape. But through their courage and help they received from others, they survive and hold on to hope while trying to find solace in practicing art.

It’s an exploration into defiance and gender subversion against the patriarchy societal structures in Nigerian, where women are not allowed to participate in Egun masquerade rituals. In the narrative our protagonist Oya discovers herself and manifests her power in the space she inhabits. The story is about her liberation and discovering her true self.
