The plot

It’s Spring 1972, and senior Donna Hartman is at her peak. She’s the most popular girl in school, she’s dating the star quarterback, and most importantly, she’s a shoo-in for Prom Queen. After losing her virginity leads to a peculiar and rapidly growing pregnancy, her looks and her social life are turned upside down. The once confident bombshell deteriorates as the creature inside her only grows stronger, and she is forced to make some difficult choices to protect her chances at the crown.
