Two Brothers have lead two very different lives and now Solomon has to choose between his future and his brothers. Is blood really "thicker than water", or will Solomon turn his back on the brother that has supported him his whole life?Director StatementWith this project Solomon's Dilemma, I’ve used so many different skills I have learned over the years as a filmmaker. Even though surrounded by incredibly skilled individuals, I still had to pull from the pool of self, due to the project hitting many walls on several occasions. I would find myself being the momentum that carried things forward. Now granted, that’s what a director does, it just seemed more of a factor with this film. In the end, I am happy with the results and thankful to the cast and crew for their hard work. In those moments, when I felt like I was alone on this project, truth be told I wasn’t. The beginning of any short film or feature film begins with the script and the inspiration behind the story. For this project there was none. It was more less taking characters and putting them in a situation. I wrote this script in a matter of days with no rhyme or reason behind it, purely just telling a story with a group of diverse characters in a dark comedic situation and hoped it would be entertaining. Time will tell, regardless, I’m so proud of the talented people that were involved in this project and my executive producer for the opportunity to tell this story. Soon, the final cut for the film will be completed, premiered and everything I have endured & learned throughout the years will come full circle on the screen.
