Take a break for some witty animation about food. Three short episode's from Quebec's amusing The Great List of Everything exposing the "truth" about The French Fries, The Bread, and The Noodles. Then a new animator and official competition entrant presents his post ramen experience with Oh Crap... We've also included Vancouver's hilarious Soggy Flakes which will have you never looking at breakfast the same way again. Enjoy on us!!

Cathon bakes Iris a very special kind of bread for her birthday, and pretty soon the two friends have gone down the rabbit hole, in search of the origins of bread. They even tell the tale of a whole army sculpted from bread.

Director Biography

Oscar Li is an animator and incoming medical student at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He spent his undergraduate career studying Biological Sciences with a minor in 3D Animation in the Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California. Oscar is passionate about storytelling and the intersection between animation and medicine. He aims to continue creating animated films as a medium for not only scientific literacy and research, but also humanizing the often esoteric medical field and sharing stories.

In a world fed-up with sugar, carbs, and gluten, out-of-work breakfast cereal mascots face the bitter taste of reality.

Synopsis

In a low-carb, sugar-free, gluten-intolerant world, a group of washed-up, out-of-work breakfast cereal mascots form a weekly support group. Together they lament the golden ages of yesteryear and attempt to figure out how to swallow the bitter taste of today’s reality. But when Captain Kale, an ex-colleague turned sell-out, shows up to the diner where they host their meetings, they’re forced to re-examine their definition of what it means to be a success.
