Film(s) To Be Screened

Skip and the Hops

I'm a 16-year-old animator from York, Pennsylvania hoping to make her way into the animation industry. I am the founder and president of my high school's animation club, so I teach students who are interested in the subject twice a week so that we can bring our projects to various competitions and festivals. I hope to attend a four-year college or art school and become a storyboard artist one day.

Sweet Quaranteen

Turning 16 in quarantine wasn't the ideal situation for Deirdre or Amanda, but a bucket list and the will to "just figure it out" might help the two girls spend their birthday apart for the first time they can remember.

Red Maize

The idea of "Red Maize" is an analogy I made up over the summer. Maize represents the industry as it gets old the maize turns red. That's where "Red" portraying the corruption of the industry. What motivated me to create this film was based on my perspective & fears to work in an animation industry but, with comic elements. Ever since in my childhood, I made numerous comic's strips of the characters I created. From exploring islands to collect rewards to an android cop arresting manic bunny. Including myself. I start by making the character and build a world upon that character.
