Rianne Pyle

Rianne Pyle is a writer and director who has directed three documentaries. Her most recent documentary, Freedom Day, has won Best Short Doc at the Lighthouse International Film Festival and screened at several festivals such as Inside Out Toronto and Out on Film. Rockstar, Producer, TankGod, Studio Session (2017) about Tank God a 10 x Platinum hip hop producer, at the Ways of Seeing showcase. Rianne also directed the documentary Vic Barrett: Youth Voice about Vic Barrett, a climate change activist, who is suing the United States government over their climate change policies which premiered at the School of Visual Arts’ documentary showcase, Someone You Know.
