The plot
This short film is a dramatization based on a true story.
Catcalling is a form of bullying and street harassment. It is not a compliment. It’s a forced interaction that makes women feel unsafe. Our society must support each other in cultivating a culture of men who hold each other and themselves accountable and stop excusing violence against women.
