The Roca brothers, 3-star Michelin chefs and owners of El Celler de Can Roca, (Girona, Spain) twice voted World's Best Restaurant, embark on an explorative journey with whisky maker The Macallan, to capture the essence of the most iconic places in the world.

Challenged to reveal the flavours, peoples and cultures from a fresh perspective, they will take us on a unique journey filled with innovation and sustainability, surprising gastronomy, and a deep sense of community to show us the true character of the world’s most renowned places.

In this episode, the Roca brothers explore London from an array of perspectives (food, culture, innovation, arts, etc.) to find their own vision of London.

In their search to uncover a different take on the city, they will encounter Londoners who are experts in fields such as innovation, sustainability and craftsmanship.
